General Ordering Information
Ordering is easy and secure through our online shopping cart. You may order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click the checkout button to place your order. We accept credit cards, existing funds and echecks, all through Paypal.

Custom Orders
Any accessory you see on the website can usually be customized to suit your needs. Change the size, clip type, put it on a bowband or change some of the ribbon colors. It’s up to you!

Completely custom / special orders are always welcome too. Feel free to browse the website and let me know if there are any styles, sizes, colors, etc. that you prefer. You can also check out the Clips & Colors section to view color charts and the many different types of ribbons that are available. Just email us at info@ribbonsrock.com and let us know what you are looking for. We are always happy to work with you to design the perfect bow for your special occasions.

Shipping Information
Shortly after your order is places and payment is received, We will send you an email with an approximate shipping date and any questions necessary to complete your order.

Since each accessory is hand-crafted to your specifications each is custom made after your order is complete. Most orders are filled and shipped within two weeks. Large orders and custom designs may take longer. If you need something sooner, please let me know and we will try to accommodate.

If there is a large volume of orders that may potentially slow down your shipping date, we will always try to place a notice on the website home page or notify you by email. Thanks for understanding.

Calgary First Class Canada Post
$4.50 for the first 10 pieces. Please call if you have more than 10 items.

Alberta First Class Canada Post
$6.50 for the first 10 pieces. Please call if you have more than 10 items.

Canada First Class
$7.75 for the first 10 pieces. Please call if you have more than 10 items.
Please email me if you need Priority International Mail, or UPS shipping

Guarantee
Your satisfaction is very important to us and is always GUARANTEED! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify me within 7 days of receipt of product and we will offer a refund or exchange of the item(s) with no questions asked. All refunds will be issued once we receive the item(s) back. Please note that shipping charges are not refunded and purchaser must pay shipping for returned or exchanged items.
