Any accessory you see on the website can usually be customized to suit your needs. Change the size, clip type, put it on a bowband or change some of the ribbon colors. It’s up to you! Completely custom / special orders are always welcome too. Feel free to browse the website and let me know if there are any styles, sizes, colors, etc. that you prefer. You can also check out the Clips & Colors section to view color charts and the many different types of ribbons that are available. Just email us at info@ribbonsrock.com and let us know what you are looking for. We are always happy to work with you to design the perfect bow for your special occasions. Shipping Information Since each accessory is hand-crafted to your specifications each is custom made after your order is complete. Most orders are filled and shipped within two weeks. Large orders and custom designs may take longer. If you need something sooner, please let me know and we will try to accommodate. If there is a large volume of orders that may potentially slow down your shipping date, we will always try to place a notice on the website home page or notify you by email. Thanks for understanding.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify me within 7 days of receipt of product and we will offer a refund or exchange of the item(s) with no questions asked.
